PRECISION SEGMENT

Precision coils are produced out of electric wire, also known as magnet wire, that can be coiled into a variety of shapes, such as squares, rectangles, or circular depending on the dimensions, gauge, and number of turns. Our self-coupling bobbinless copper wire coils enable accurate winding of over 1,000 turns. They can maintain consistent electric properties that are essential in applications requiring high precision.

We excel in manufacturing bobbinless (air core) and bobbin-type precision coils for wide variety of applications.

Inlet Coils serve as card sensor/detector in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).

Tag Coil

Bobbin-type Tag Coils are being assembled in a small RFID type of tag which is used to monitor the body characteristics and activities of a cow.

Toroidal Coil

Made by winding a wire directly around a closed or open toroidal core. These types of coil are used as inverters of air conditioners.
