Bobbinless and Bobbin-type Coils
We have extensive expertise in producing precision coils, both bobbin-type and bobbinless, using copper wire with accurate winding of over 1000 turns. Our products maintain consistent electric properties that are essential in applications requiring high precision.
Energy Harvesting Generator (EHG)
EHG is a micro generator that produces voltage pulse through magnetic field reversal. It functions as a magnetic sensor requiring no power and can operate an electronic circuit using pulse generator.
Magnetoresistive Sensor (MR Sensor)
MR Sensor uses a magnetoresistive device (MR Device) that can detect magnetic field change or presence/absence of magnetic material as the voltage change.
Remote Reset Switch Assembly (RRSA)
RRSA is a self-maintaining DC solenoid with high force attraction. This part can shut off connections remotely using the principle of magnetism.

Coil winding is the process of wrapping wire or tube around a cylindrical shape or other spiral-like continuation to form a coil that can be installed on a center support such as a bobbin or toroid, or used as an independent air coil. Depending on its intended function, the coil may include one or several layers of wire or tube. Coil winding is used in a wide range of applications, including RF Match, bobbin/toroid, heating and cooling of both air and liquid, and inductors.
