ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Preferably a graduate of a Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent experience
  • With at least 3 years working experience in the related field / position in a manufacturing firm.
  • Knowledge in SAP/ERP System is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in foreign reporting
  • Experience and knowledge in the processing of BIR and other government reportorial related to accounting.
  • Has experience handling staff/employees

Qualifications:

  • Finance Supervisor: 2 years (Required)

PROCESS ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • In-charge in the evaluation of New Materials, New Procedures, and New Tools for the Improvement of Existing Processes.
  • In-charge in the verification of Line Rejection (RR and NRR) and Formulation of the Corrective Action.
  • Assists his / her superior in the establishment of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.
  • Assists his / her superior in the establishment and update of Manufacturing Cost for New Models and Existing Models (per product).
  • Assists his / her superior in the coordination of Continual Process Improvement efforts.
  • Assists his / her superior in the Cost and Waste Reduction Improvement.
  • Assists his / her superior in the establishment of Income Tax Holiday Report, Parts and STU for Quotation of New Models.
  • Assists his / her superior in the Review of generated Engineering Evaluation/Technical Report.
  • Assists his / her superior in the establishment of MODAPTS per process per product (New Products).
  • Assists his / her superior in the preparation of Monthly Morning Gathering, Monthly IMS Report and Monthly Objectives, Targets and Programs Report.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate
  • With preferably 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Description:

  • Responsible for analysis of Yield by each Segment in the production line
  • Conduct initial investigation, and set action plan for immediate correction of yield fluctuation. Report analysis to Production Manager and relay information to Production Supervisor.
  • Conduct improvement activities for Top defects on a particular Segment.
  • Initiate Quality improvement activity. Conduct the following methodologies such as 1) Process Analysis, 2) Defect mapping, 3) C and E Analysis, 4) Regression Analysis, 5) Design of Experiment, 6) Mistake Proofing, and 7) other problem-solving methodologies to scientifically solve the problem.
  • Initiate Productivity improvement activity. Conduct 1) Time and motion study, 2) Man-machine chart analysis, and 3) Process Flow improvement to optimize the STU.
  • Initiate Cost improvement activity. Conduct 1) Material Analysis, and 2) Labor Cost Analysis to improve costing of particular issue.
  • Merge activities with Process Engineering and/ or Machine Engineering for related issues of subject to be solved.
  • Processes 5M1E document related to production system.
  • Design 5S in work cell, and other areas in Production operation.
  • Conduct training of operators to 1) improve methods, and/ or to conduct 2) re-orientation.
  • Prepare presentation documents, and able to present the said module on large audiences.
  • Perform other activities as assigned by Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of a Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering or its equivalent experience.
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing firm.
  • Knowledge or experience in basic QC tools, problem solving, pareto and others is an advantage.
