BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY
“Help save a life, give the gift of blood.”
Every three months, a blood donation event is hosted by our HR Department in collaboration with Red Cross Philippines to encourage employees who are physically healthy enough to donate a certain amount of their blood. Last July 2024, we received a Ruby Award for donating a total of 66 bags which is equivalent to 29,700 cc of blood. In line with this event, one of our employees has also been given a Galloner Award for their 8 gallons of blood donation. For our 16 years of partnership with Red Cross Philippines, we received a Blood Services Platinum Award with 708 blood units donation.
This event does not only help patients who have accidents, surgeries, or medical conditions such as cancer, blood disorders, or chronic illnesses, but also allows these generous employees to reduce their stress level, improve their emotional well-being as well as their physical health, and help them get rid of negative feelings to boost their productivity and efficiency at work.
TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY

Nikkoshi Philippines Corporation is not only a company that is dedicated to providing excellent quality products and prioritizing their employees’ well-being, but also an organization that cares about environmental sustainability. For more than two decades, NIPHCO has been participating in tree planting events as a way of giving back to the community and the environment. This is one way for us to remember that we are not just a contributor of significant technologies in Industry 4.0, we are also an organization that contributes to the healing of our natural resources.

2024 LTAI CSR Run
A few NIPHCO employees has participated in the 2024 LTAI CSR Run which was held in Laguna Technopark Grounds. The goal of this activity is to continuously hold CSR activities geared towards a healthy and balance life for everyone in the community. It also aims to enhance camaraderie and harmonious relationship among locator companies while trying to perform the requirements of governing agencies.
