FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Plans & supervises all company construction & renovation projects according to the needed requirement.
Supervises & checks daily work load/ accomplishment of subordinates.
Prepares the completion of job request, contractual works and other construction according to the approved timetable, collates materials needed for construction and/or other projects and utilities requirements.
Develops Preventive Maintenance program & Standard Operating Procedure for newly installed facility equipment in accordance to QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
Prepares & updates all documents, reports, layout plans of the company.
Coordinates with other department in the company with regards to maintenance, construction & job request.
Plans & initiates Preventive & Corrective action plans on Building/Facilities/Equipment.
Proposes & initiates cost reduction & improvement projects.
Prepares budget allocation for maintenance & facilities.
Coordinates with government agencies in securing legal documents for plant operation.

Qualifications:

Engineering Graduate or its equivalent work experience and knowledge in HVAC.
Minimum of two (2) years related work experience in the same capacity with basic AUTOCAD knowledge.
Computer literate. Needs enhancement training in engineering and administration.

MACHINE ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Supervises and performs machine and equipment alignment/set up and repair in accordance to procedure
Performs preventive maintenance operation in accordance to procedure.
Prepares necessary maintenance form / record.
Assists in proper monitoring and checking of maintenance for effective use.
Supervises and conducts all preventive measures, modification and other maintenance activities concerning to machines.
Monitors availability and use of spare parts.
Performs line conversion/ machine set up and conduct qualification with respect to coil specifications.
Conducts and performs hourly machine monitoring and coil sample evaluation.

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics Engineering course or its equivalent experience
Knowledge and skills in PLC & Microcontroller programming & hardware design is an advantage.
Knowledge in Basic Machine Operation and computer literate.
Knowledge in basic Engineering and having a Behavioral training is also an advantage.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Description:

Responsible for analysis of Yield by each Segment in the production line
Conduct initial investigation, and set action plan for immediate correction of yield fluctuation. Report analysis to Production Manager and relay information to Production Supervisor.
Conduct improvement activities for Top defects on a particular Segment.
Initiate Quality improvement activity. Conduct the following methodologies such as 1) Process Analysis, 2) Defect mapping, 3) C and E Analysis, 4) Regression Analysis, 5) Design of Experiment, 6) Mistake Proofing, and 7) other problem-solving methodologies to scientifically solve the problem.
Initiate Productivity improvement activity. Conduct 1) Time and motion study, 2) Man-machine chart analysis, and 3) Process Flow improvement to optimize the STU.
Initiate Cost improvement activity. Conduct 1) Material Analysis, and 2) Labor Cost Analysis to improve costing of particular issue.
Merge activities with Process Engineering and/ or Machine Engineering for related issues of subject to be solved.
Processes 5M1E document related to production system.
Design 5S in work cell, and other areas in Production operation.
Conduct training of operators to 1) improve methods, and/ or to conduct 2) re-orientation.
Prepare presentation documents, and able to present the said module on large audiences.
Perform other activities as assigned by Production Manager.

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate of a Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering or its equivalent experience.
With at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing firm.
Knowledge or experience in basic QC tools, problem solving, pareto and others is an advantage.

PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

Fabricates, qualifies, installs, maintains and troubleshoots process jigs and fixtures.
Assists the assigned Engineer (Process Section) in conducting process evaluation and improvements.
Conversions of existing process jigs into different kind of jig for the new model.
Set up of new qualified jig to be used in production.
Designs and fabricates new jigs to be used in process.
Reads and interprets of technical drawing.
Conducts preventive maintenance of all fabricating machines in the machine shop.

Qualifications:

Vocational course in Mechatronics or any other related courses
Knowledgeable in using fabrication machines like milling and lathe machine, and surface grinder.
With experience in creating and fabricating of Jigs for Production use
Graduate of any technical or vocational course.
